How to Transfer an EcoPalace Dak Lak Unit Under a Bank Mortgage

Mortgaged EcoPalace Dak Lak units can be transferred, but require full legal compliance and the lender's written consent. Step-by-step guide to the 4-stage transfer process.

Transferring a mortgaged EcoPalace Dak Lak unit is possible, but the owner must meet all legal conditions and obtain written consent from the bank holding the collateral.

The project partners with three banks: TP Bank, ACB, and MB Bank. When transferring a unit mortgaged through any of these banks, the owner must understand the process and prepare the required documentation.

Two options exist for handling the outstanding loan: full repayment and lien release before transfer (more common and safer), or transferring the loan to the buyer with all three parties involved.

The transfer process has 4 main steps: sign a deposit agreement, obtain bank approval (7–15 days), notarise the transfer contract, and register the change of ownership with simultaneous lien release. Key reminder: verify the outstanding loan before placing a deposit and pay through the bank for transaction evidence.
