Dak Lak Real Estate Market Q2 2026: Over VND 7,600 Billion In Transactions, Land Plots Still Dominate

Dak Lak's Department of Construction reports 24,873 real estate transactions worth over VND 7,600 billion in Q2 2026. Land plots dominate by volume, while 22 housing projects in progress signal a new growth cycle.

According to the Q2 2026 housing and real estate market disclosure from Dak Lak's Department of Construction, the province recorded 24,873 property sale and transfer transactions worth a combined VND 7,633 billion — one of the most active quarters since the market's recovery cycle began.

Land plots continued to dominate with 23,334 transactions worth over VND 5,974 billion, nearly 94% of total transaction volume. Individual houses recorded 1,520 transactions (over VND 1,648 billion), while the apartment segment remained thin with just 9 transactions worth over VND 10 billion — pointing to significant headroom for new high-rise apartment projects.

On the supply side, the province approved investment for an additional social housing project in Phuoc Hau ward, bringing the total number of approved or in-progress housing projects to 22. New supply is concentrated mainly in central Buon Ma Thuot and along key infrastructure corridors.

Experts believe 2025–2030 will be a boom cycle for Central Highlands real estate, as inter-regional transport infrastructure is developed in sync and major investors move early into self-contained eco-urban and commercial models. With central land supply increasingly scarce, townhouse, shophouse, and urban-core apartment products are expected to lead price growth in the coming quarters.
